The warranty period varies from product to product.

If you receive a damaged or defective Product, or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can return the Product within 2 days post delivery or post installation, as the case may be.

The products will be picked up within 4-5 working days once the return request is placed or on any other mutually agreed date.

Please note that all the products should be in their original packaging and and must be in the same condition as they were delivered.

The refund will be processed & credited within 7-10 working days, once the reverse quality assessment is successful.

PLEASE NOTE - In case the return quality assessment is unsuccessful, the refund will not be processed.
